These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Scotland's Weight Clinic website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Scotland's Weight Clinic is a GPhC registered pharmacy (Reg. No. 9010506) providing pharmacist-led medical weight loss services.

• "The Clinic" means Scotland's Weight Clinic, a GPhC registered pharmacy. • "We", "us" and "our" refer to the Clinic. • "You" and "your" refer to the patient or website visitor using our services. • "Services" means the consultations, treatments and support we provide. • "Treatments" means the weight loss medications we may prescribe following clinical assessment.

We provide pharmacist-led, face-to-face and remote consultations for weight management. All treatments are prescribed only following a clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. We reserve the right to decline to prescribe where a treatment is not clinically appropriate for you.

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. You must provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical history and current medications. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety and suitability of any treatment prescribed.

All consultations are conducted by qualified pharmacists or prescribers. Treatment is not guaranteed and will only be prescribed where clinically appropriate. The decision to prescribe is at the sole discretion of the prescriber based on their professional judgement.

Weight loss results vary between individuals and depend on many factors, including adherence to treatment, diet and lifestyle. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Treatments are provided as part of a holistic weight management programme and should be combined with appropriate lifestyle changes.

Details of our fees and pricing are set out on our Treatments & Pricing page. Payment is required in advance of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change from time to time; the price applicable at the time of booking will apply.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for treatments are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy and your statutory rights. Prescribed medications cannot be returned once dispensed, except where required by law.

You agree to: • Provide accurate, truthful information about your health and medical history. • Inform us of any changes to your health or medication during treatment. • Follow the prescribing instructions and advice provided by our clinical team. • Attend follow-up appointments as recommended. • Contact us promptly if you experience any side effects or concerns.
